For the carriageway of Dockenfield Road, Dockenfield, at and within 100 metres of grid reference SU 81333 40969:

1. The inspection frequency for this road, and all safety inspection records for the 24 months to 30 August 2026, including dates, findings and any defects recorded.

2. Any reports of defects at this location received in that period, and any repairs or patching carried out.

3. The date any defect marking paint was applied at this location, by whom, and any defect reference assigned.
