Request for information, and a request to re-use it: expenditure over £500 and grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025
1. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please send me, by email, for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025:
a. your expenditure over £500, as published under the Transparency Code; and
b. your grants to voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, as published under the Code.
2. Separately, under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015, I ask for permission to re-use this information. If it is available under the Open Government Licence, please say so.
Response
Hampshire County Council publishes this information in Excel format. This is in accordance with 2.4 and 3.2 of the Transparency Code, Method of Publication.
Our website confirms that all our Open Data is available for reuse under the Open Government Licence
Whilst FOIA Section 11 requires a public authority to give effect to a requester's preferred means of communication so far as reasonably practicable. There is no general requirement under FOIA that information be disclosed in CSV rather than Excel format.
